C.A.R.E.S., Inc. is a privately held company that has been in existence since 1988.  C.A.R.E.S. has a proven track record in areas such as advocacy, case management, program evaluation and policy development. 

Currently, C.A.R.E.S. administers three programs: The Client Assistance Program (CAP), The Assistive Technology (AT) Project and case management for veterans with disabilities through the Veteran’s Administration (VA) at Togus.
