Assistive Technology Loan Program
The goal of the Assistive Technology Loan Program (ATLP) is to give people in the mid Maine area the opportunity test out assistive technology (AT) prior to buying it.
It’s very simple: clients or their caregivers can call Kathy Despres at 207-377-7055 or email her at kathy.despres@caresinc.org and tell her your needs and she will assist you in finding the correct tool to meet those needs.

if you know the item you need.
If C.A.R.E.S., Inc. has the equipment in the "AT Library," we will arrange to have it shipped to you for a 30-day trial. We will also enclose a return label so when the 30 days are up you can ship it back. This is a no cost service.
